A Belarusian tourist delegation praises the precautionary measures applied by Egypt in tourist destinations | Photos


Ambassador Dr. Badr Abdel Aty, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for European Affairs, met with the Belarusian tourist delegation, which is visiting Egypt to strengthen bilateral tourism relations between the two countries, in the presence of Ambassador Wael Al-Najjar, Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Eastern and Southern European Affairs.

The meeting discussed opportunities to increase the number of Belarusian tourists to Egypt, including cultural and environmental tourism, in addition to traditional beach destinations such as Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.

The visiting Belarusian delegation commended the precautionary measures applied by the Egyptian authorities in tourist destinations, in order to provide security and safety measures for Belarusian tourists.

The delegation also stressed during the meeting that Egypt is one of the important tourist destinations for the citizen in Belarus, and that there is a real desire for more tourist flow to Egypt in light of the popularity that the Egyptian tourist destination enjoys, especially with more promotion of cultural, environmental and therapeutic tourism in Egypt along with Side beach tourism.
