Madbouly meets with Jordan’s ambassador to Egypt to discuss increasing joint cooperation


Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, met today, Amjad Al-Adayleh, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Egypt.

Madbouly expressed his happiness at receiving Dr. Beshr Al-Khasawneh, Prime Minister of Jordan, and the accompanying ministerial delegation during his recent visit to Cairo, and the agreement the visit witnessed on implementation steps to enhance bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Jordan.

The Prime Minister praised the remarkable development that the bilateral relations between the two countries are currently witnessing, thanks to the harmony and joint coordination between President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and his brother King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein.

During the meeting, the Jordanian ambassador conveyed to the Prime Minister the greetings of Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh, Prime Minister of Jordan, stressing that Al-Khasawneh looked forward to meeting Madbouly during the meetings of the joint high committee between the two countries, whose meetings are scheduled to be held in Amman this month.

The ambassador emphasized the centrality of the bilateral relations between Egypt and Jordan, stressing his great pleasure in representing his country in Cairo, and his aspiration to make every effort to push relations to new horizons and areas of cooperation.

He added that coordination is underway between the concerned Egyptian authorities, and their Jordanian counterparts, to prepare for the meetings of the Joint High Committee.

Al-Adaileh praised the unprecedented developmental boom that Egypt is witnessing, stressing that what is happening on the land of Egypt is a source of pride.
