Ministry of Health: We have not detected any mutation of the Corona virus in Egypt so far

Dr. Mohamed Abdel-Fattah, head of the Central Administration for Preventive Affairs at the Ministry of Health, confirmed that no mutation in the Corona virus has been detected in Egypt yet, stressing that the application of precautions and precautionary measures has been a reason for the decline and stability of the number of infections.

He added during an interview with “This Morning” program with Asma Mustafa on the Extra News screen: Science supported our point of view in dealing with the Corona crisis, as Egypt and Japan were among the countries affected by the crisis least, appealing to citizens about the importance of renewable air to reduce pollutants and thus reduce the chances of infection.

In response to a question about the timing of citizens’ registration to receive the vaccine, Abdel-Fattah said: After completing the vaccination of all medical teams next week, it will be possible to register the most vulnerable citizens to obtain the vaccine, or go to the nearest government medical facility to register in the database, and a message will be sent On the citizen’s phone, the time and hour to obtain the vaccination.

The head of preventive medicine at the Ministry of Health praised the Egyptian Drug Control Authority, saying: “We have the Egyptian Drug Authority and its tests are among the most stringent tests around the world … any dose of a treatment that goes through highly complex tests until it obtains a certificate for circulation in the Egyptian market.”
