Economic thinker Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh said that the next challenge is the transformation of the Egyptian citizen into a citizen of knowledge, adding: “I follow initiatives and steps for knowledge transformation in Egypt, and there is cooperation with Egypt to produce a knowledge generation.”

Abu-Ghazaleh added, during an intervention via Skype with the “On My Responsibility” program broadcast on the Sada Al-Balad channel, that investment in the future is what will achieve economic development, and this is what is done in Egypt by investing in manpower.

He added that food and drug security must be taken care of by making sure to produce crops, in a manner that saves employment and achieves national security.

Abu-Ghazaleh indicated that digital education and learning in particular are among the factors that Egypt will rely on to occupy the sixth place in the world economically, as it spends large sums of money to achieve infrastructure to build a digital, knowledge citizen.

He continued: “I am proud of what Egypt is achieving in the face of Corona, and there is a failure on the internal side in Egypt to clarify the achievements made on the ground.”

He explained: “The world has moved to preserve human health and I objected to that, because human protection must include the first aspect of health and the second economic aspect, as neglecting the economy harms people and their health and it has already happened that the screaming began in America and Europe, due to the difficult economic conditions, and the death sentence from Corona appeared. Easier than dying with hunger ».

Abu Ghazaleh affirmed that Egypt and China will achieve the largest growth in national product despite “Corona”, due to concern for the future of their generations. Countries that preserved their generations and their economy have succeeded in confronting Corona.
